Our Mission

Allen’s Outreach was established in 2026 by our Co-Founders Da’Cota Allen and Isabella Small, with the goal of supporting families in underserved communities and providing resources that many people take for granted.

We were built on a simple truth: people don't need to be saved. They need to be seen.

We started in our own community because we knew firsthand what it looked like when families were working hard and still coming up short. Not because of a lack of effort, but because of gaps. Gaps in what public assistance covers. Gaps in what schools can provide. Gaps between what a family needs and what's actually available to them.

We exist to fill those gaps. Through hygiene programs, community partnerships, and direct support, we serve low-income children and families across Maryland. We address the real, day-to-day barriers that keep kids out of classrooms and adults out of opportunity.
